Bengaluru is set to experience disruptions on March 22, 2025, due to a statewide bandh called by pro-Kannada organizations.

This protest responds to the alleged assault on a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus conductor in Belagavi for not speaking Marathi.

The bandh, organized by Kannada Okkoota a coalition of various pro-Kannada groups led by activist Vatal Nagaraj aims to address issues concerning Kannada pride and the safety of Kannadigas.
